There's more!

In addition to guiding you through the administrative process with our support available 24/7, we also prepare you for the Sponsor, employer and visa interviews, to maximise the chances of getting hired and having the visa approved.

Our programs not only provide a strong foundation for our participants to kick-start their career, but it also offers the chance to live abroad, become financially independent and create lifelong memories.

OUR APPROACH

We deliver everything you need to jumpstart a successful career in hospitality. No fluff – just a pragmatic and structured approach for obtaining a J1 Internship in the USA.

Here's how it works

1. Prescreening

We schedule an initial video call, to meet you in person and offer a clear understanding of the entire process, from passing the Sponsor interview, to filling out the required paperwork, getting hired, applying for the visa interview and getting the visa approved. We prepare you for the Sponsor interview, and help you maximise the chances of being accepted in the program. We guide you step by step through the heavy paperwork process, so you don’t have to remember all the details at once.

2. Interviews

We help you create the ideal Resume, in a way that maximises your chances of getting hired. We offer counsel through navigating the extensive list of jobs available, and choosing the opportunity that best fits your needs. We schedule the employer interview for you, and help you maximise your chances of getting hired. In case you don’t get hired from the first try, we review your experience, help you improve your interview skills, and start the process all over, until you get hired (our participants hired rate is 100%).

3. Visa Process

We prepare all the agreements and help you obtain the visa documents. We guide you step by step through the complex process of scheduling the visa interview. We prepare you for the interview with the US Embassy, and help you maximise your chances of getting the visa approved (our visa approval rate is 98%).

4. During your Internship

We offer medical insurance for the entire period of your program, for no additional cost. We offer you support along the way for the whole internship period. We help you find housing in the USA. We assist you in solving any issues you might have with your employer. We prepare the paperwork in case you need to travel outside of the US, or transfer to another property.

Get the internship that will change your life forever

If your goal is to develop a successful career, at a global level, you need to zoom out, see the bigger picture and have a plan.

Here’s what you need to have in mind.

Boost your resume

A Resume that includes relevant work experience in the industry you perform in, is much more attractive than a Resume that just shows your studies. To overcome this barrier, you need to get an entry or early-level job and start building that experience that’s missing from your resume.

Improve your English

Our participants aspire to have a successful career with global exposure, and work for big organisations among different continents. However, they are at the beginning of their career, and they haven’t worked abroad much, so their foreign language skills are quite low now. To overcome this barrier, they must work and live in foreign countries and push themselves to improve their English skills, and, potentially, other languages of international circulation.

Enhance Your technical and soft skills

To be able get higher level positions (such as supervisory or management) in an international big scale organisation, you must develop the skills you need to communicate with and run a team, such as: dealing with conflict among customers and co-workers, working under tight deadlines, being very well self-organised, effective communication, email writing, team working, results oriented, and being empathic.

Alba Saldaña, Spain, Hotel Crescent Court, Texas

Gain luxury hospitality exposure

When you are trying to move up in the luxury hospitality industry, you need to gain exposure to luxury hotels and resorts and high-end clientele. Learning the luxury hospitality standards (such as Forbes or Triple A standards) and the steps of service in luxury hospitality is a must. You cannot teach others how to deal with very important profile clientele if you don’t have those skills and experience yourself. It’s as simple as that.

Expand your network

When your dream is to work for one of the biggest organisations in the industry (such as JW Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Hilton etc.) and move up in your career at an international level, you need to build your network of professionals in this fieldTo overcome this barrier, a very important first step is to get a job in a big international organisation, be a friendly and communicative team member, work hard and get yourself noticed, build a good relationship with your supervisors, managers, as well as directors and general manager. Ask for contact information before you leave, so you can stay in touch with them, and ask for a reference letter as well.
